New 2018 limited edition Kyoto inks have arrived! This is the new Kyo-no-oto #9 Keshimurasaki, which gives a beautiful light greyish purple shade. ‘Keshi’ means “offset” and ‘Murasaki’ means “purple”. “Keshimurasaki” was used typically for formal kimono dresses during the Heian-era (700~1100 CE) when Kyoto was the capital of Japan. If you’re a fan of purple, this is a gorgeous muted shade that would be a great addition. We have used it together with our new Kaweco Ocean Blue Sport Skyline in M nib with LEUCHTTURM Bullet Journal dotted paper.
